The Lockdown Shop is now closed .. we're excited to be preparing for a very limited season.
Squats, Quads, Leg Day .. facial muscles.. bend, dip, smile, repeat, bend, dip, smile, repeat.
I'm pretty scared of the workload, but uber-uber excited to be back.
I've tidied up the website - we're going to have to go pre-paid for 2020 to get through this folks,
